How much does it cost to rent a photobooth?
Our packages start from €100 incl. VAT for a digital package. Packages with prints start from €140 incl. VAT.
How do I book a photobooth?
Booking is done directly from the pricing page. You choose your package, complete the form and pay the deposit to reserve your date.
Are the photos printed immediately?
Yes, depending on the chosen package, the photos are printed in a few seconds with a professional printer.
Are the digital photos unlimited?
Yes, all our packages include unlimited digital photos. Only the number of prints depends on the chosen package.
Can guests get the photos?
Yes, the photos are available after the event in a private online gallery.
Is the photo frame customisable?
Yes, the frame can be personalised with your names, the date, a logo, a theme or a specific colour.
Do you provide accessories?
Yes, accessories are provided from the 100-print package.
Where do I pick up the photobooth?
The photobooth is collected from one of our depots in Philippeville or Chimay (VLT). The return usually takes place the following Monday.
Is an internet connection required?
No, the photobooth works without an internet connection. A 4G connection can be used for certain sharing options.

Yes, La Box à Moments builds and sells professional photobooths for freelancers, event agencies, photographers, DJs and entrepreneurs.
How much does a professional photobooth cost?
Our photobooths are available from €3,200 excl. VAT without a printer and from €4,690 excl. VAT with a professional DNP DS620 printer.
Are your photobooths made in Belgium?
Yes, our booths are designed, assembled and prepared in Belgium by La Box à Moments.
What is the difference with an imported booth?
Our booths use a Canon reflex camera, a professional flash and carefully selected equipment for better photo quality.
Is the photobooth delivered ready to use?
Yes, the booth is configured before delivery so it can be used quickly for your first events.
Is training provided?
Yes, we support you in getting to grips with the booth, the software, the printer and the consumables.
