We only collect the data necessary for the proper delivery of our services:

• Last name, first name, postal address, email, phone.
• Messages sent via the contact form or by email.
• Quotes, bookings, invoices and services provided.
• IP address, browser, server logs and analytics cookies with consent.
• Photos taken at events as part of the photobooth service.

• Handling contact requests and quotes.
• Performance of a rental, sale or service contract.
• Sending information related to your booking or our services.
• Analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics with consent.
• Advertising measurement via the Facebook pixel with consent.
• Security and maintenance of the website.

• Contact requests and quotes: 3 years after the last contact.
• Client and billing data: 10 years.
• Photos and galleries: duration of the contract or 12 months maximum, unless otherwise agreed.
• Analytics cookies: 13 months maximum.

The photo galleries from our photobooth services are hosted on our secure servers.

By default, they remain accessible for a maximum of 6 months after the event so that clients and guests can download the photos.

Early deletion can be requested at any time via info@lbam.be.

Your data is never sold or rented. It may only be shared with:

• Our technical providers: hosting, maintenance, emailing.
• Google Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., only with consent.
• Public authorities in the event of a legal obligation.

The data is hosted at OVHcloud, in data centres located in France.

During your visit, a banner allows you to accept or refuse non-essential cookies.

• Necessary cookies: website operation and security.
• Analytics cookies: audience measurement.
• Marketing cookies: Facebook pixel, only with consent.

We implement the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect your data: TLS encryption, regular updates, access control, backups and maintenance.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access, rectification and erasure.
• Right to restrict or object to processing.
• Right to data portability.
• Right to withdraw your consent at any time.
